Accelerated Path to Management

New York Life, the nation's strongest mutual insurance and investment company, is seeking motivated, enterpreneurial candidates for our Accelerated Path to Management program. Successful candidates will become Partners in our North Dakota General Office, building and supervising teams of financial professionals throughout ND and eastern MN, with defined opportunities for further advancement.

Compensation is $80,000-$150,000 to begin, and will escalate once the candidate achieves Partner status. Compensation is covered in detail in the interview process.

Requirements for the Accelerated Path the Management Program: either an MBA (or equivalent degree) or significant experience and success in management, sales, insurance, education, finance, banking, or similar, as well as holding or securing the requisite insurance (Life/Annuity and Accident/Health) and investment licenses (Series 6 and 63 or Series 7), learning the company and its offerings by serving clients, and meeting the minimum metrics within one year.
